TommyRays is a "wood fire" roasted salsa. This process gives the salsa a very unique flavor like nothing else you have tasted. It is made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives! I have three types of salsa: Medium Red, Hot Red, and a Spice Green Chili.

I tell people that this business is a "total God thing"! I started this salsa business because I had a lot of vegetables left from my garden and I didn't know what to do with them. I had never thought of making salsa before and yet something inside (God) was telling me to make salsa. So I did and the rest is history as they say! The recipe is unique and so is the process, producing a wonderful salsa full of great flavors and aromas. Because of the wood fire roasting process it is best served warm, I put that stuff on everything!!
