Nadi Crepes & Mini Pancakes

Hi my name is Nadia Altamirano, I started my business when I was 16 years young, I sold Crepes out of my home on a Sunday afternoon. After a few sales on the corner of one of the busiest streets in my city I was able to purchase my permits to start selling at farmers markets. I sold at farmers markets for a couple of months and I also started catering personal events. I was selling out of a tent, and all I can say is it was very hard work. Since I was still in high school it was a bit challenging to do farmers markets and private events. After a few months of selling from my little booth, I purchased my very own food truck. I have worked so hard to achieve all of these milestones and can’t wait to complete more.
