Barton house foods

I find that authentic traditional Italian foods are rare in Colorado. I grew up in New York where Italian bakeries and delis are pretty common. I would like to bring a little of that experience to your market. My goal is to spark joy in the community with baked goods such as traditional Italian cookies and cakes, bread and bagels, along with some traditional American fare as well.
