Bistro at Blooms

Bistro @ Blooms is a coffee shop on the campus of Blooms Garden Center in Marion. While helping the garden center out during green season, owner Peter Gasper noticed all of the to-go coffee cups and sprung an idea. Initially thinking he would open a kiosk in the back corner of his retail building, the city threw him a curve ball and the end result was a whole bistro with a full coffee bar, pastries, lunch, and breakfast items. Our staff is dedicated to producing familiar yet elevated menu items.
