Eleanor’s Organic Bread

My name is Sarah and I own a small bread company called Eleanor’s Organic Bread. It started with me baking with my three year old, Eleanor, and now we have expanded to three different farmers markets in the area. All of our bread is sourdough and long fermented to maximize nutrient density. Our flour is from Great River Organic Milling out of Wisconsin and milled in small batches, and all other ingredients are local and organic. We collaborate with my beekeeping mentor and use her hiney in one of our loaves and we forage for all other season ingredients on our 1 acre organic homestead. We live locally in unincorporated McHenry and frequent your market annually and would find such joy in having the opportunity to be a vendor this year!
