Mother Noble

I make Mother Noble Gourmet Pimiento Cheese in a commercial kitchen in Cedar Mountain, NC. Currently I sell my products in local produce markets, local farmers markets , a few farm stands and some of our local pubs. At this time I am making Original and Jalapeno flavors. You have to taste it to believe it! I also have just been accepted as a vendor partner for the Carolina Mountain Cheese Fest on April 28 at Highland Brewing in Asheville, NC.
