I'm a lifelong fine art painter. Recently I've been painting plein air landscapes around Northfield, Chanhassen and the North Shore of Lake Superior. I am also embarked on a years-long project, "Freedom Road Heroes", wherein I'm painting large portraits of the heroes of the struggle for freedom (Lincoln, King, Malcolm X, John Brown, Rosa Parks, WEB Dubois, etc). I plan to release this collection to the wider world as my contribution to the cause, modest tho it is.

I'm a lifelong fine artist with a background in oil, acrylics, airbrush in both fine and commercial art. Since 2018 I've been full time committed to fine art. I am constantly experimenting with new media and techniques. I'm now focused on Portraiture in Acrylic on Canvas in a quasi-realistic mode and vibrant bravura brushstroke.
