A proud Tunisian who loves everything related to olive trees. Born and raised in Sfax, Tunisia I learned the olive oil business early on. My father taught me the importance of recognizing the right time to pick olives, how to get the best olive oil, and how to use each part of olive tree.
I moved to the United sates 6 years ago and starting doing this business on the side till covid started when the company I worked for catted my hours meanwhile the demand on the chessboard specially increased and with the extra free time I had I was working on making more pieces and other items , couple months after quite my job and stared Tunsouk llc and since March 2021 this is my full time job.
My best experience was the state fair of Texas last year .
