I am a self-taught baker who has a passion for all things sweet! I make custom cakes and have experience with buttercream, fondant, and gum paste. I make cakes that not only look good, but taste amazing too. I love learning and trying new techniques. I am a full time special education teacher, and this gives me a way to relax and decompress.
