Catnip Kitties / Cat Toys

I make my catnip kitties from repurposed clothing and textiles which I obtain from thrift stores. I wash all fabric in soapy water before use. Using my own designs, I cut out fabric and polyester batting (for lining). I machine sew all but the closing seam, then stuff with organic catnip and polyester fiberfill. I finish each kitty with a hand-drawn face. I use new, commercially purchased thread, batting, fiberfill, and organic catnip.
