My name is Chonte Duncan. I am A Loctician located in Des Moines, Iowa. My service location is 1165 25th ST Des Moines, IA 50311. In 2012 I graduated American College of Hairstyling with a Barber Certificate I wasn't happy but I was my own boss at the end of day. I was in control of my own schedule, I could come and go as I pleased and didn't have to answer to anyone!
In 2014 I started doing Dreadlocks/Locs. "Oh Baby"..... I immediately fell "IN LOVE" the fact that I knew I could take a mess of matted hair and turn it into a master piece was all it took. Before I knew it all my time was focused on Dreadlocks. Eat, Sleep, Study how I can be better at servicing Dreadlocks/locs. I was no longer coming and going when I wanted, I sat stationed at the barbershop patiently waiting on potential clients because I had this fire growing inside of me that I needed the world to see, what I could do. Then one day I had a client tell me hey Chonte I need my Dreadlocks deep cleaned. I recommened ACV. Well he hated it!! So After more research back to Science Class I went. I turned my Basement into a Science Lab and Root Solutions Detox Cubes were created, I call my brand Root Solutions Because MY Product "IS" the Solution to Happy, Healthy, Growing Hair starts at the Roots!!
