Joe creates japanese-style lanterns from white rice paper, found glass vessels, rice paper that he ages in trees, and old baling twine and greenery from his farm. Each is one of a kind and sealed, waterproof, with resin.

Joe has traveled the world, often bringing art and textiles home! Appreciating handmade and unique crafts and art has been steering him to his own unique hand-made-on-the-farm art, culminating in his Asian inspired lanterns. Joe also harvests locally grown fresh bamboo and sells the trimmed poles in varying lengths and diameter. Very zen!
