About

Elite Home Health & Hospice has been a healthcare partner in the Lewis-Clark valley since 1984. Our organization has changed names and owners since that time, but the core focus of providing life-changing services has been at the heart of our purpose, our mission, and our service.

We are a locally operated organization supported by staff who lives in the communities we serve. Under the leadership of Elite Home Health & Hospice, services have expanded beyond Clarkston and Lewiston to support the communities of Moscow in 2016 and Orofino in 2019.

Our Mission
Elite Home Health & Hospice seeks to provide life changing service to patients and their families. We are passionate about serving those that are seeking recovery through our home health services or are nearing the end of life and receiving care from our hospice professionals.

Services we offer:

Home Health:
Home health is a service designed to help you recover safely in an independent manner, in the comfortable setting of your home.
This care is provided by a team of:
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Physical Therapists (PTs)
Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)
Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
Speech Therapists (STs)
Medical Social Workers (MSW)
Medical Dietitians (RD/LDs)

Hospice:
Hospice is for anyone living with a type of life-limiting illness. The hospice program is for people of all ages, from infants to the elderly, who are not seeking aggressive, curative treatment. Hospice is best when elected early as the patient, family and caregivers receive the help and support they need. Hospice is not a final choice or decision. Patients are free to leave the program at any time.
This team includes:
Registered Nurses (RNs)
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Medical Social Workers (MSW
Chaplains

Palliative Care:
Palliative Care, not to be confused with Hospice/end of life care, aims to assist with managing difficult-to-control symptoms, that may include pain, nausea, anxiety, and stress that an individual dealing with a chronic or life-threatening illness may experience in conjunction with the traditional medical care the patient may be receiving. Palliative Care supplements medical treatment and if needed, allows for a smooth transition between home health and hospice services when goals of care may have changed.
