Olivers NW Produce
Vendor
Oliver's Northwest Produce is an urban farming operation. We have three sites that are located in Tacoma, Puyallup and Graham, Washington. We are organic certified by the WSDA and the Real Organic Project (National). And, we only practice organic growing methods.
Having always been interested in farming, I started organizing this urban farming business in 2015. Sharing my passion, my daughter became my business partner. Together we began the organic certification process. After getting certified we began selling at farmers markets and to restaurants in our area.
We sell a variety of seasonal vegetables such as: lettuce, tomatoes, kale, collards, leeks, dill, basil, micro-greens, edible flowers, beans, peppers, squash, zucchini, melons, potatoes and garlic
We participate in the Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP), Women, Infants, Children Program (WIC) and, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) so that we can provide produce to all our community. And we donate produce to a number of nonprofit organizations. In addition, we donate to local food banks.
Driven by the vision of reconnecting with the land and by the desire to be apart of the solution to negative environmental impacts, we are dedicated to sustainable agricultural practices that ensure a food system that is safe for consumption and for the conservation of our environment.
