Pork

The farm gets a small number of pigs each year in the fall, when they are typically a few weeks old. They are raised outdoors in a large area, having plenty of room to roam and play about. They are fed a diet that is antibiotic-and-hormone-free. The pork is processed under USDA inspection. Wholes, halves, quarters and individual cuts are available.
