We are located in Union Hall and serve organic cold-pressed juice & wellness shots, superfood smoothies, acai bowls, and adaptogenic coffee. We are partnering with a vermiculture company in Waco to biodegrade our produce waste, and we are adding microgreens to our menu (for our juice and wellness shots) from a local microgreens grower. We use glass bottles and offer refunds so as to cut down on consumer waste, and all of our plastic (smoothie containers, bowls, etc) are biodegradable.
My (Cora) background is in nursing. I grew disenchanted with the heavy use of pharmaceuticals in the industry and left to pursue something that would help improve people's health without the use of medication. John is a Army Veteran with 4 deployments and an interest in helping other Veterans fully utilize the VA system (i.e. for therapy, follow-up care, increasing disability, etc.). We both are very passionate about health and fitness, and eco-consciousness. We are a newer business, but are attempting to embed ourselves as much as possible into the local community by supporting local microgreens growers, vermiculture, and are looking to begin volunteering in Waco.
