About
We are a small family business (myself, husband, and 4 kids) that use local ingredients in our tasty Beef and Chicken marinade.
We use Aloha Shoyu, Kamiya papayas, lemons and limes from our gardens, garlic and ginger from farms. Our bottles are from Aloha Shoyu Company and we partner with Ainokea to make our T-shirts and stickers.
We started this business after being gone for the past 10 years living in different countries and states. Only then did we truly appreciate Hawaii's beauty and amazing flavors!
We wanted to return back home with a new purpose to find a way to give back and support the local businesses.
So, we decided to use my mom's 40 year-old family recipe as a way to support local businesses and at the same time to share a great marinade with the people of Hawaii.
We want to support other businesses as we grow and expand! We love everything LOCAl!!
We have participated in the Kapolei Night Market and would love to be part of the Honolulu Market.

I grew up in Hawaii and graduated from Roosevelt High School where I met and married my high school sweet heart!
We have lived overseas the past 10 years serving the country and so excited to be back home to start our family business with our 4 kids!
Our goal is to provide the local people of Hawaii a tasty and high-quality Beef and Chicken marinade. We use only the best local ingredients to support local businesses/farms. We love everything local!!
