Tennessee Tri-Star 21"x5"

Handmade sign from reclaimed pallet wood that we obtain from local businesses. Stained and hand-lettered.

• Finished in either Dark Walnut Stain or Classic Gray and coated in polycrylic
• Hand-painted in white acrylic paint or hand screen printed

We disassemble the pallets and hand pick the best slats. We then joint and plane the faces and glue boards together to make larger panels. Then we cut the wood pieces to size to create the final size. From there we sand, stain and coat the wood in a polycrylic, before adding our original designs hand drawn designs.

All of our signs are either hand painted or hand screen printed. For the screen printing we coat mesh screens with a photo-sensitive emulsion and burn in our designs, essentially creating large stencils of our original work. We then position our wooden signs under the screens and pass ink through the open mesh by hand, transferring the artwork onto the wood via acrylic ink.
