About
We are a veteran-owned cottage food bakery specializing in gourmet cookies. We are located in Lithia, FL, and our journey started with baking for military families and various functions on a Marine Corps base. We currently offer 10 different specialty cookies, and all components of our cookies, including fluffy marshmallows, crunchy candied peanuts, and salted toffee are all made from scratch. We try our best to use local ingredients and partner with local businesses for our various needs, like printing. We are a small, local business right now, but we have fortunately been steadily growing our customer base (for example, we sold out within 3 hours at our local neighborhood Sunday market)! We are excited to grow more with Tampa Bay Markets and include Tampa-specific flavors as seasonal specials.

Ryan and Fran met and married in Japan, where Ryan was deployed at. Fran was working for the Japanese government at the time, running various international relations programs, but she was known as the "baker girl," who likes to bring and share home-baked goods with her coworkers often. After seeing Fran spend hours and hours on developing and testing recipes and happily sharing her baked goods with people in her life, Ryan encouraged Fran to follow her passion of baking. Fran's journey to opening her own bakery began with baking for military families and various events on a Marine Corps base. They now work fantastically together as a team - Fran as the main baker and Ryan as the taste-tester (a very, very hard work).
