We are a small locally owned catering company. We are woman-veteran owned, and also have a partnership with Mickey Quinns Irish Pub and Grill off Park Blvd. We have a wide array of menu items and love going to local markets and festivals to spread the word of our company.
We are a Platinum Catering. We started our company when our owner and head chef McKenna was serving in the United States Coast Guard. She served 7 years as a Culinary Specialist in the USCG. Our other partner is Julio Caballero who also served in the United States Marine Corps. Together we are a founders of Platinum Catering and Partners at Mickey Quinns Irish Pub and Grill.
