Production Practices

USDA-certified organic vegetable farm. We grow produce for flavor by choice of best varieties and by harvest at the proper maturity. Per USDA organic rules, we do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides--fungicides, insecticides, herbicides-nor do we use gmo products. We thereby lose crops to fungi and pests, but help our world remain a bit cleaner.
