I am an organic gardening, soap-making, Irish-dancing mother of two daughters. I am passionate about local food and products. Other than Williamsburg, I've lived in Connecticut, Canada, Louisiana, Honduras (Peace Corps), New York, California and Trinidad & Tobago (Habitat for Humanity). My soap-making business was born along with my second daughter in 2003 in the California mountains. I am also the Culinary & Garden Educator for the Williamsburg-James City County School Health Initiative Program (SHIP), and I'm the Volunteer Coordinator with the Williamsburg Community Growers. I love making soap for you!
