Sourdough Pancake Mix

Ingredients: Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Enzyme* or Malted Barley Flour. Salt, Filtered Water, Milk Powder, Baking Powder, Sugar, Dehydrated Starter.

Contains Wheat, Milk

Instructions: In a bowl, pour out the contents of the bag. Add 1 egg, 1 Tablespoon of oil of choice (or melted butter) and 1 cup of water. Whisk until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Add more water if you prefer thinner pancakes & enjoy!
