Cafe Yumm!

My name is Angela Smith and I am the co-owner of the Cafe Yumm! franchise in Eagle. I have been with Cafe Yumm! over 20 years and moved out to the Treasure Valley a little over a year ago to share Cafe Yumm! with the community. My goal at the market is to give away free samples, coupons, menus and prizes with a prize wheel to get people excited and engaged with our product. We are a Northwest triple bottom line company that has a very unique menu focusing on healthy whole foods. Our most popular dish is the Yumm! Bowl. It's rice, beans and Yumm! Sauce with a array of toppings. We specialize in a garbanzo bean and almond based sauce called Yumm! Sauce. We also have many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.
