We are a family owned food truck as well as carryout restaurant , specializing in gourmet casual seafood dishes. We started our food truck in November of 2018 and quickly became one of the most popular food trucks in the Metro area. This was confirmed by the fact that we have been voted the #1 food truck in Metro Detroit by Hour Detroit Magazine 3 years in a row! We have served the Detroit Lions players and staff at their practice facility, supplied them with food for their draft party, and had concessions at Little Caesars Arena for Red Wing and Piston games as well as concerts. We also had a concession at Comerica Park during Detroit Tiger games. We opened our carryout restaurant in Dearborn in 2021 and are continuing to look for areas in which we can expand.

We are Aunt and Nephew who started cooking for our family during holidays and get togethers. Nick is a chef who has worked at fine dining establishments in Florida. We enjoyed our creations so much we decided to go into business together. Our Catering and Scheduling manager is Julie Smith Fields, who I met while we were students at Michigan State University. We employ people from the community and enjoy giving back to the city that has given us so much!
