Rollin EATZ is a newly formed family owned food trailer business, based out of Richmond, Virginia. Chef Miles Henderson a Magna Cum Laude graduate, of the J Sargeant Reynolds School of Culinary Arts has a true passion for food and has over 15 years of experience in the food industry. Prior to launching his own food trailer, Chef Miles was employed locally at the Willow Oaks Country Club. Chef Miles believes that when flavor meets passion, magic is created!
