We create locally made baked goods designed to pair perfectly with a good cup of coffee. Scones, croissants, and more inspired by western European techniques and real, simple ingredients. We also sell whole bean and ground coffee to take home and make a perfect breakfast experience anytime.
Additionally, we aim to support our love of animals through our business by donating 5% of earnings to local cat rescues "hence the name AggoGATTO where Gatto means cat in Italian".
Alisha and Zack have been running a pet care business and have expanded their love of pets to other sector of the community, combining their love for coffee and baking with their love of cats and rescue work to create AffoGatto, selling coffee, treats that pair best with a good cup, and donating proceeds to local rescues in Colorado.
