Hey guys, I’m Lauren Hodges, your favorite spice girl, and owner of Flavourful Seasoning Co.! I have created a line of Salt Free Seasoning blends all of which are free of preservatives and fillers but offers delicious flavour without compromising your salt intake. We currently have 10 blends, with our 5 most popular blends being Maple Cajun, Jerk, Greek, Garlic Pepper and Lemon Pepper.

Our target audience ranges between 28-45, as we have learned there are so many people within this age range being diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or they are mindful as their salt intake as a whole. With our target audience being instagram savvy, we are very active on IG with recipes and reels.
