Brynn Coffee is a Knoxville-based, small batch coffee roasting company aiming to serve the market of growing coffee lovers who want freshly roasted, ethically sourced, specialty coffee. We're delighted to serve our roasted coffee to the Knoxville community out of the Brynn Coffee mobile espresso bar! We take pride in using local ingredients to make our beverages.

Production Practices
When roasting coffee, we take the raw material of the coffee seed, and develop a roast that brings out the unique flavors of each region from which we source. The time and attention to detail creates a roast that is aromatic, refined, and incredibly delicious. With our direct trade partnerships, we are able to make a greater impact on the financial integrity of the coffee producers that we source from, as well as support companies who strive to use the best agricultural practices to continue improving coffee quality. When this all comes together, it creates a cup that not only tastes wonderful, but feels good too.

Hi! My name is Collin and I am the guy behind the roaster at Brynn Coffee. I am passionate about roasting, tasting, sharing and learning about coffee. My wife, Megan, and I look forward to providing our customers with a quality product that not only inspires more specialty coffee lovers, but spurs them to think about how they are supporting and caring for the farmers that worked to bring them their caffeine.
