Ruth and her family have been in the commercial baking business over a span of 50 years. In the beginning, owned by her grandmother and mother and then joined by her and her siblings. Ruth has worked in all areas of the business, building a brand, testing the market designing marketing tools, creating logos, making sells, as well as baking.
With more than 30 years in the commercial baking business either owning or running bakery, Ruth knows how to run a 24 hour bakery with a focus on managing cost, driving a highly productive operation, expertise in managing production and scheduling – to maximize output/capacity. Ruth’s team includes her son Robert who will manage bakery operations and her brother will lead packaging/ distribution, Ruth will handle sales and new business. Added staff will help with production, distribution and administration.
