I grow hydroponic herbs, lettuces and strawberries. I also grow in ground tomatoes, peppers and various other foods. I also make value added products from the foods- dehydrated vegetables, trail mixes, etc. and I make jams and jellies and baked goods in the Mid-America Food Hub Commercial Kitchen.
