Roth Ranch LLC started with two hives in 2011 and has grown with the help of many mentors and family members. The original interest in beekeeping was not for honey production but for the pollination that the bees provide. After tasting honey from our own hives we discovered just how delicious local, raw honey can be. Over the years we have learned of the many health benefits of this amazing food we call honey and why it has been a prized gift from the beehive for centuries. We currently have bee yards in four different locations and are often times surprised how the flavor of the honey changes from yard to yard and year to year due to the floral sources that the bees collect the nectar from. We focus on growing foods that are not only delicious but also have many health benefits. Our primary produce crop is garlic and have recently added purple potatoes to our offering. We have won numerous awards over the years for both our honey and garlic.
