Sparkle and Shine permanent jewelry came to be after 2 friends went to get best friend permanent bracelets after seeing them on television. We loved out new bracelets so much we researched and discovered that permanent jewelry is an up and coming new business. There is only one listed brick and mortar permanent jewelry business located in downtown Saint Petersburg so we decided to open our own business doing pop-ups, markets and private parties and events.
