I am a retired Columbia Public School teacher. When I retired in 2012 I started an elderberry orchard and currently have 6 + acres of elderberry growing. My wife and I decided to make value-added products from our harvests and currently make juice, a product we call relief and wine. All of these products are currently registered and ready to sell. We are developing elderflower syrup, relief with ginger, elderberry wine vinegar and a fortified wine.
