We started our business as a market garden and small bakery. Our bakery continued to grow and we specialize in baked goods made with their own homegrown produce. We also sell chemical free produce and use that in our baked goods as well as homemade jellies and jams. We specialize in sourdough bread, artisan bread such as pretzels, cinnamon rolls, donuts, Pop-Tarts and more. We also create a lot of gluten-free items that are hard to find in the stores. We sell a lot of soft pretzels, stuffed pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and breads that are all gluten free.
