I started this business in 2016, because my other business was out of the country. I donated the money from this business. I lost my other business in hurricane Irma in 2017 and started baking more seriously. As we grew, I moved to a bigger house with a bigger kitchen. Since the pandemic, I have baked even more. I just moved to a new house and have converted the garage into a commercial kitchen. I have filed my application with the Dept Of Agriculture and I’m waiting for my inspection. It is my third one, so I don’t anticipate any problems.
