Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Healthy Harvest Greek extra virgin olive oil is made from koutsourelia olives grown and pressed by the local cooperative on the northern coast of Peloponnese. The olives are picked by hand to ensure that only perfectly ripe, unbruised olives are pressed. The olives are cold-pressed (made with no heat, no chemicals, and no other oils) in order to retain a naturally low acidity and full, fresh flavor. Enjoy its mild, buttery flavor for everyday cooking, as well as over salads, grilled meats and vegetables.

Our 2023 total biophenols are 572 mg/kg. This oil is considered medicinal grade.
