Vince Marino is Culinary Enthusiast and founder of Mie Radici inc. (My Roots) He has learned from many top chefs here and in Italy over the years. Recently he was invited to the 2022 World Food Championships where he helped create unique food presentations that were awarded top 10 and 6th in the final round of the competition with a Sicilian Bacon Pizza drizzled with Balsamic. Our Goal is to provide people with the highest quality Italian products and inspire them to 'make it incredible' We are continuing to build our line with products being created every season.
