I am a professional chef with a background in hospitality and institutional management and about 9 years ago I left the casino and bought a food trailer and started training my kids as the staff, they have learned hospitality skills and money management and now that they are older sometime you may see them handling the non cash and cash transactions as well a preparing the food and even giving interviews on who we are and what we are about , they take pride in their work and make a profit for themselves and I want us too serve our community this year as a vendor in the Sunday market!
My name is Qui’Vonta but everyone calls me Q, that is my oldest son standing behind me his name is Sam I have been training him in culinary for about 10 years now and when I not on the grill it’s either him or Michael or Joseph, then next is my daughter Rose she is in charge of promotion and lead cashier then you have Joseph and Michael they are in charge of inventory setting up and breaking down .
