Rust Belt Ramen

We are a Japanese inspired ramen shop operating as a pop-up/ ghost kitchen in Albion, MI. We serve traditional-ish ramen inspired by the flavors and dishes we remember from living in the Nagano prefecture of Japan. Chef Anthony believes strongly in sustainability and purchases as many ingredients as locally as possible, we trach and compost pre-consumer vegetable scraps in order to divert them from landfills and all of our take-out containers are plant based and most of it can be composted in a home composting bin ( no need for a commercial facility).
