Halfmoon Harvest is a small, family run flower farm located in the Town of Halfmoon. We grow a unique mix of flowers and foliage in order to create fresh, vibrant and visually impactful floral bouquets.

Our farm grows specialty cut and heirloom flowers using only sustainable and natural practices. We strive to grow all of our flowers following organic practices, without the use of pesticides or herbicides. By using no-till farming techniques we have the opportunity to preserve the precious top soil and provide a sustainable, local alternative to imported flowers.
We are The Blu's, the flower farming family at Halfmoon Harvest. We grow unique seasonal blooms with love and passion. Starting in early 2020, we wanted to create a sustainable farm that preserved the soil food web and surrounding ecosystems, and thus Halfmoon Harvest was born.
