Big Red Worms is a Lincoln based Composting and Vermicomposting Company. Each month we collect 70,000 pounds of food waste from local schools, businesses, and non profits to create a compost and vermicompost for our local farmers.
Production Practices
We are a composting and vermicomposting company that uses waste food resources, horse bedding, and wood chips, to create our high quality compost. This compost then is fed to our over 5 million Esinia Fetida (red wrigglers) that create our vermicompost.
