Boatman's Farm
Vendor
Boatman's USDA-inspected angus beef is fed corn and distillers grains, while living on green pasture. This premium diet within a low-stress environment produces a robust, roasted beef flavor with distinguished, buttered popcorn notes. Our cattle are finished on the heritage farmland of Stanley Hollow's first settlers. Call ahead for our farm store or farm tours. We deliver to all Middle Tennessee and ship to all fifty United States.

Williamson County, Corn-Finished, USDA Inspected, Angus Beef
Ben Boatman
A single dad and two daughters (13 & 10) who raise the best-tasting angus beef you'll ever eat! We bought our land on Carters Creek Pike on the basis of its history. Stanley Hollow's first settlers are buried in a small cemetery on our farm! We re-cleared and fenced the property ourselves, studied beef production at the UT Extension on Long Lane, studied many long hours beyond that until - and long after - our first calves arrived. Our beef calves are born and weaned on nearby Williamson County farms, before coming to us to be corn-finished. Our calves are extremely happy here! Our feed conversion rates and average daily gains match the feedlots while our TASTE blows them away! We sell our craft beef at commodity prices. There's no reason not to try the best, then forget the rest!
