The Springs Bagel Company

We are The Springs Bagel Company, and we have a goal of making the Best Bagel in Colorado Springs! We saw a need for a Well Made, Hand Rolled/Boiled, and Fresh made bagel in Colorado Springs, so we decided to start a company to do just that! We currently provide bagels to local coffee shops in Colorado Springs area - Hold Fast, Switchbacks, Kairos and The Well - Downtown. We also host pop ups at local businesses in town, so people can try a SBC bagel for themselves. Our hope is that you see the difference it makes to have a Hand Rolled Bagel instead of one that goes through a machine. Each bagel takes over 36+ hours to make to properly cold proof in the fridge and all that time makes for a more flavorful bagel. Bagels are a fresh made bread, that needs to be made daily, so we strive to do just that. Our bagels have no preservatives, only 5 basic ingredients, and are vegan friendly. We love Colorado Springs, want to be here for our community and cant wait to see what you think!
