Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research (GLC), a program of Residential Opportunities, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving individuals diagnosed with autism. GLC offers diagnostic evaluations, outpatient applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in southwest MI and intensive residential treatment services that include a step-down program for youth across the state of Michigan.
The outpatient program serves individuals from 18 months of age to 21 years for diagnostic evaluation and ABA for individuals with a diagnosis of autism. GLC participates with most major commercial insurance carriers and Medicaid through the Community Mental Health Agency where the family resides. There are two GLC outpatient programs, one is located in Galesburg right off I-94 and the other is on the north side in Kalamazoo at the Douglass Community Association.
