My name is Dawn an am part owner of a street food vendor startup business, Hi Lumpia Fl LLC along with my sister, Hiro.
We make Lumpia, which is a Filipino spring/egg roll. However, we don’t just make traditional lumpia. Ours are filled with different fillings, some sweet and some savory. Our flavors are a fusion of our cultural backgrounds which include the Hawaiian islands, Japan, Korea and other parts of the world. We also offer unique lumpia enhancers (dipping sauces) as well as Asian beverages.
Our business is registered with the State of Florida (HI Lumpia FL LLC) and we belong to a nonprofit organization called Catapult. We prepare our Lumpia at the Catapult facility. We started selling our food at the end of February at the Lakeland Curb Market as well as at the Welcome Center Market in Davenport, FL.
We would love the opportunity to sell our lumpia at the Winter Haven market.
