Sleepy Dragon Bakery is a cottage food bakery specializing in coffee cakes, quick breads, cookies, and bundt cakes. Our business began in February of 2023 with the launch of a bakery variety box for sale through Facebook. We are wanting to expand to local farmer's markets to increase our clientele.

Owner Amanda Marshall is originally from Topeka, Kansas, where as a child she was constantly using her Easy-Bake-Oven to create cakes for family and friends. She graduated from the Kansas City International Art Institute with a diploma in baking and pastry arts in 2013. Amanda relocated to Florida in 2013 and has finally opened Sleepy Dragon Bakery.
