About

My name is Anissa, I am 41 years old. I’m from Tunisia, mother of two lovely kids, Rahma and Mehdi. I'm located in Pullman. I have been here since January 2020. My degree is in Electrical Automation, however my passion was always cooking and baking. I started cooking at a young age. I LOVE cooking and sharing tasty food with friends. I have done a lot of pastry and savory cooking training in the past, especially French pastry training in Tunisia. Beside Tunisian traditional sweets/food and french pastry, I also make middle east food and pastry, international food. I used to sell homemade food in my native country. I also worked with my father in his restaurant after college. It was the best part of my life! I like cooking and serving people. All my experiences were overseas. Locally in 202, I created a facebook page La Patissiere and started to work from home, it went pretty good I had a lot of customers coming for baklava, kunafa, cake.... . September 2022, I started working as a head cook at Sunnyside Elementary School in Pullman and I’m a food holder’s card of Washington state, I did safety training at the beginning of the scholar year and updated it on February 23th. La Patissiere is still my biggest dream and that was my reason to apply for being a vendor at Moscow farmer's market .
