During his US Air Force and US Navy career, Jon served in a variety of project management positions at the branch, group, and wing levels. Capt. Jon led the Brooks AFB Honor Guard as the Officer in Charge. In 2009, he served in Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. In 2010, Jon was selected to comment on the launch of the AEHF-1 satellite at Cape Canaveral, Florida. IN 2012, he was selected as A Recruiter and Trainer Air Force ROTC at Tulane University. Prior to commissioning as a 2nd Lieutenant he served over seven years as a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy.
