I'm a local wood worker making functional art pieces in Dunedin. I use primarily local wood that either comes down naturally in storms or when someone needs a tree removed. My goal is to help share the beauty of nature and to give wood a new life where it would otherwise be discarded as trash.

In 2021 I discovered wood turning and that has been my greatest passion ever since. I do a variety of projects, everything from tables to coasters to lamps , lights, bowls and cups. One of my greatest joys is taking a piece of wood that someone is going to throw away or burn and turning it into a special piece of functional art to be enjoyed for decades to come.
